Parent Square Assistance

If the Parent Square mobile app does not allow you to see the health screening form follow the steps below:

Step 1: Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app (make sure you are downloading the latest version)
 
Step 2 (on Android phones only): Go to the Android settings and erase the app’s data
 
Step 3 (on Android only): Access Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all Apps > ParentSquare > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage & Clear cache
 
Step 4: Open the app and log back in
